We have gone through 3 different real estate transactions now with Joe Cloud (purchasing and building a home in McKinney, unfortunately short selling that home, and now the purchase of another home). That should say it all as my wife and I would never give someone our repeat business if we did not feel it was warranted (let alone 3 times). In this day and age I find there is more ways to contact someone then ever before (cell phones, pagers, fax, multiple email addresses, contact us link on their website, business phone, etc, etc) yet now more then ever it is harder to get someone to call you back. Joe is not the norm. Usually you can always get a hold of him on his cell phone and if not, leave him a voice mail, and I guarantee he will get back to you very quickly. I have had several other experiences with real estate agents so I do have comparisons. I find that many say what you want to hear in order to secure a listing and then good luck in hearing from them again. Joe brings a level of professionalism to this industry that I am sure only is shared by a select few. His attention to detail and his knowledge are impressive to say the least. Joe seems to have knowledge of the laws and processes that need to be followed down to most minute of detail.
